  • Yes we can, and understanding the customer and the business needs is fundamental to ensuring that the correct solution is provided specific to the site. That is why at the start of every enquiry a comprehensive site survey is carried out by one of our experienced surveyors, working in conjunction with the client gathering the information that will provide the design team with the necessary details to produce a bespoke solution.

    Using the survey information our highly skilled design team are able to produce a detailed and comprehensive package of proposals to ensure the correct system and technology is employed. All our designers are fully knowledgeable of all current industry standards and legislation, undergoing regular refresher training to ensure that all designs submitted are fully compliant therefore providing the customer with complete piece of mind.

  • We have a dedicated, highly professional and fully trained team of installation engineers. All team members are certified to all current industry and manufacturer training requirements, they are CRB Enhanced and Police checked and vetted, hold current CSCS, PASMA and IPAF licences and are fully trained for working at Height, Asbestos Awareness & First Aid.

    Each installation is allocated with a dedicated project manager responsible for ensuring a project plan is presented and approved, that agreed target deadlines are met and a high quality of workmanship is maintained through out the installation. They are also responsible for ensuring that the customer is continuously updated with progress reports along with liaising, where necessary, with all customer departments involved with the project. All site leaders and project managers hold SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification to ensure that each project is carried out and completed in accordance with nationally recognised health and safety requirements.

  • Yes we can do either and our preventative maintenance contracts are tailor-made to suit your systems and business needs. It can be following an installation and handover of your system, or as a result of changing from your current provider. We keep you informed throughout your contract and for your convenience, provide one point of contact for a 24 hour telephone helpline.

    All our engineers are multi-skilled and as such can carry out all your reactive and maintenance needs in accordance with current legislation. This means less visits which makes us more effective, able to offer enhanced value along with reducing our carbon footprint. Our help desk can track all of our engineers using the latest in tracking technology enabling our operators to provide an accurate ETA. All of our engineers are equipped with electronic tablets providing instant electronic copies of site attendance and maintenance recorders direct to our office. This ensures we have a full, accurate and auditable record of all works that have been carried out on your systems.

  • We pride ourselves on providing every client with a dedicated account manager who is on hand 24 / 7 to provide any support as required. By providing an account management service it ensures that:

    • Any new technologies that come to market that could be of benefit to the business can be highlighted / brought to the customers attention

  • Yes, our monitoring solutions cover CCTV systems, Access Control, Fire Alarms & Detection Systems and can all have various levels of cover including police response. We can provide out of hours monitoring for all of your systems using a wide range of communication technologies that utilise PSTN (standard phone line), ADSL (broadband) and 4G GSM (mobile phone signal) to ensure that any alerts are always delivered to keep you informed of potential issues.

  • We install and maintain systems all over the UK. We tend to do most of our work in the North East and North West (places like Teesside, Newcastle, Sunderland, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds etc), but we have installers and engineers based all around the UK so we can install or maintain a system for you no matter where you are located.
